Senior Delivery Manager

Your Role

  • Own end-to-end delivery governance across multiple programs, ensuring quality, timelines, and compliance.
  • Manage portfolio growth, P&L, margins, forecasting, and operational performance.
  • Build and maintain CXO-level client relationships; drive account growth and trusted advisor positioning.
  • Lead risk management, escalations, governance frameworks, and delivery controls.
  • Drive transformation, automation, Agile/DevOps adoption, and lead high-performing teams of ~100+ members.

Your Profile

  • Total Experience Required :14 to 16 years of delivery leadership with portfolio governance experience.
  • Strong ADM, AMS, Run & Build delivery management expertise.
  • Proven CXO stakeholder management and client engagement skills.
  • Strong financial management, P&L ownership, margin improvement, and forecasting capabilitie.
  • Experience in Agile, DevOps, Automation, Delivery Governance, and large-team leadership (100+ members).
  • Preferred Domain: Retail (Primary), Online/E-Commerce (Secondary/Add-on).
