Job Description

Ruby Developer to support the transition of our legacy Ruby on Rails system to ASP.NET Core. Analyzing existing Ruby code, documenting functionality, and assisting in the migration process.

  Responsibilities: 

  • Analyze and document existing Ruby on Rails codebase.
  • Collaborate with ASP.NET Core developers to ensure accurate migration.
  • Provide insights and support during the transition phase.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot the legacy system during migration.
  • Assist in data migration and validation.

  Requirements:   

  • Strong experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
  • Ability to read, understand, and refactor legacy code.
  • Familiarity with database design and ActiveRecord.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with system migrations is a plus.
