Job Description

• Possess 6 to 8 years of experience in Release Management with 4 to 5 years of change management knowledge.
• Possess domain knowledge of ITSM / ITIL processes. Preferred ITIL V3 certification
• BS degree in Computer Science or related area of study
• Should have knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC life cycle.
• Fluent in English
• Flexible to work 24/7 and over week ends.
