Playwright Automation Test Engineer

Your Role

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Playwright, Java, and Selenium.
  • Build robust automated test suites for Web, API, and end-to-end business workflows.
  • Develop reusable automation utilities, coding standards, and framework enhancements.
  • Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines and drive continuous quality practices.
  • Perform code reviews, root cause analysis, and ensure high test coverage across releases.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and product teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC.

Your Profile

  • 6-9 years of experience in Test Automation / SDET roles.
  • Strong hands-on coding expertise in Core Java, OOPs concepts, Collections, Exception Handling, and Multithreading fundamentals.
  • Extensive experience in Playwright Automation with Java and strong exposure to Selenium WebDriver.
  • Experience in API Testing using Rest Assured and test framework development using TestNG/JUnit.
  • Strong knowledge of design patterns, automation framework architecture, and debugging techniques.
  • Experience with Git, Jenkins, Maven, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery methodologies.
