Pharma Program & Delivery Leader

Your Role

As a Pharma Program & Delivery Leader, you will lead strategic pharmaceutical engagements with end-to-end accountability for delivery excellence, client relationships, operational governance, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and business growth. You will serve as a trusted advisor to client and Capgemini leadership teams, driving transformation initiatives and ensuring successful execution across globally distributed teams. 

This role requires a seasoned leader with deep expertise in the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences domain, large-scale program management, regulated delivery environments, AI-led transformation, and executive stakeholder management. You will play a pivotal role in shaping delivery strategy, driving innovation, and supporting account growth.

In this role, you will:

  • Own end-to-end program delivery, governance, quality, risks, dependencies, financial performance, and executive escalations. 
  • Serve as the senior India-based interface for client leadership and internal executive stakeholders. 
  • Ensure delivery compliance with GxP, validation, quality management systems, data integrity, audit readiness, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive GenAI, Agentic AI, automation, and engineering productivity initiatives from ideation through enterprise-scale adoption. 
  • Lead senior managers, program managers, architects, and multidisciplinary global delivery teams.
  • Build organizational capability, succession plans, leadership pipelines, and reduce critical resource dependencies.
  • Partner with clients to define transformation roadmaps, delivery strategies, and business outcomes. 
  • Support solutioning, proposals, account expansion opportunities, and strategic business growth initiatives. 
  • Foster a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, quality, and innovation across delivery organizations.
  • Ensure successful execution of large, complex, multi-workstream programs across global teams.
