Job Description

Looking for highly analytical and detail-oriented Performance Analytics Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing data-driven solutions to monitor, assess, and enhance operational and business performance, particularly within the pharmaceutical industry. This role requires a strong foundation in data science, statistical analysis, and business intelligence tools, with a focus on aligning with FDA standards and pharmaceutical KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain performance dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and other BI tools.
• Analyze operational and business data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MES, QA, and manufacturing to align analytics with FDA and pharmaceutical standards.
• Design and implement KPI frameworks and performance management indicators.
• Conduct statistical analysis and build predictive models to support decision-making.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Automate data processing and reporting workflows using SQL, Python, or R.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for senior management.

Primary Skills:

• Business Intelligence Tools: Microsoft Power BI, Tableau
• Data Analysis & Visualization: Dashboarding, KPI tracking, performance metrics
• Statistical Analysis: Proficiency in R, Python, or statistical software
• Data Management & Querying: SQL, data processing, data quality assurance

Secondary Skills:

• Programming: Python, R (for automation and modeling)

• Software Development: Basic scripting for data pipelines
• Science & Research: Understanding of pharmaceutical R&D and production environments
• Technology & IT: Familiarity with relational databases, data warehousing concepts
• Communication: Ability to present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Familiarity with MES systems and FDA regulatory frameworks
• Certifications in Power BI, Tableau, or data analytics tools
