Your Role

As a PU1 Support / Junior Offshore Manager, you will act as a key liaison between business users, application vendors, and technical teams to ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of business-critical applications. You will be responsible for coordinating support activities, managing incidents, and driving issue resolution while supporting Hydro Generation operational systems.

In this role, you will:

• Manage day-to-day application support activities for enterprise platforms and operational systems.
• Coordinate with business users, offshore teams, and external software vendors to resolve incidents and service requests.
• Analyze and troubleshoot medium to high-complexity application and configuration issues.
• Lead incident triage, root cause analysis, and defect resolution activities.
• Monitor support metrics and ensure compliance with agreed service levels.
• Support change management, release activities, and production deployments.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Utilize PI System tools for operational reporting, data analysis, and issue investigation.

Your Profile

Mandatory Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Application Support, Techno-Functional Consulting, Triage Engineering, or Production Support roles.
• Proven experience supporting and troubleshooting third-party enterprise applications.
• Strong experience handling medium to high-complexity configurations and defect resolution.

Domain Experience

Mandatory: Hydro Power Generation Domain Experience

• Strong understanding of hydro generation operations, plant processes, and operational workflows.
• Experience supporting business-critical applications used within hydro power generation environments.

Technical Skills

• Working knowledge of PI DataLink for reporting, analysis, and data extraction.
• Hands-on experience with OSIsoft / AVEVA PI System.
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise application issues and system integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Systems.
• SCADA and Operational Technology (OT) Applications.
• API and Middleware Integrations.
