YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a qualified OPAL consultant to be a part of our company. Responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing end-to-end supply chain planning solutions. They bridge the gap between business requirements and technical capabilities within the OMP platform, particularly focusing on demand planning, supply planning, and scheduling.

The OMP Consultant should leverage Unison Planning of OMP, this role involves configuring OMP modules, optimizing planning workflows, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems (like SAP), should know the OPAL language.

 

In this role you will play a key role in:

 

  • Implementation & Configuration: Design and configure OMP Unison Planning applications (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Scheduling, and Transportation) to meet specific business needs.
  • Unison Planning Expertise: Utilize OMP's Unison Planning concept, including modelling the network and creating a telescopic digital twin to synchronize planning functions.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Solution Design & Testing: Translate business requirements into functional specs, develop workbooks, dashboards, and task flows, and perform testing of Unison functionality.
  • Data Modeling: Set up solvers, ADM (Advanced Decision Making) rules, and control tables to improve planning analytics.
  • Middleware knowledge on - OS: Linux & Windows Server, DB: Oracle & MS SQLServer, Primary Language: OPAL
  • OPAL is a proprietary scripting language owned by OM Partners
