Your Role

Your Profile

• Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CE entities, forms, views, Business Process Flows (BPFs), and business rules with a strong focus on usability, performance, and best practices.
• Build Canvas Apps and Model‑Driven Apps, reusable components, and responsive user interfaces using Power Apps and PCF controls.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power Automate cloud flows with complex business logic and integrations across Microsoft and external systems.
• Implement plugins using C#/.NET, JavaScript customizations, and Power Platform extensibility components to meet advanced business requirements.
• Design and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, security roles, and data models following enterprise data governance standards.
• Work with Azure services including Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API integrations to enable scalable and event‑driven architectures.
• Manage solution deployment and ALM using Azure DevOps pipelines, environment strategies, and version control.
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Bring

• Strong hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 CE customization and extension.
• Solid expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model‑Driven) and Power Automate (cloud flows).
• Strong understanding of Dataverse schema design, security, and performance optimization.
• Experience in plugin development (C#, .NET) and JavaScript.
• Working knowledge of Azure integrations (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus).
• Experience with solution management and ALM using Azure DevOps.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in agile delivery models.

Good To Have

• Experience with Power Pages and customer‑facing portals.
• Exposure to Copilot Studio / AI capabilities within the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Hands‑on experience with PCF controls.
• Microsoft Certifications such as PL‑400, PL‑600, MB‑210, or MB‑230.
