Your Role

• Manage and deliver end-to-end research projects focused on Financial Services, with a strong focus on Wealth Management domain.
• Engage with internal SMEs, external industry executives, FinTech/InsurTech players, and alliance partners to develop industry-recognized thought leadership.
• Collect and analyze complex data through interviews, surveys, and market research to identify trends and derive actionable insights.
• Develop thought leadership deliverables such as whitepapers, PoVs, blogs, and research reports for global audiences.
• Create compelling storytelling through presentations, business writing, and data visualization to simplify complex financial concepts.
• Stay ahead of regulatory, technology, and innovation trends across Wealth Management, Banking, Payments, and Insurance.
• Contribute to knowledge building by sharing best practices across sector and account analyses.
• Leverage Generative AI and analytics tools to enhance research quality, insight generation, and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outputs aligned with business priorities.

Your Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in Financial Services with preferred exposure to Wealth Management domain.
• Strong experience in Thought Leadership, Research, and Business Writing (whitepapers, PoVs, reports).
• Excellent research and data analysis skills with the ability to derive and articulate insights clearly.
• Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and present insights confidently.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills to translate complex ideas into impactful content.
• Exposure to AI tools, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), or analytics methods is an added advantage.
• Critical thinker with a proactive, collaborative, and quality-driven mindset.
