About CRI-FS:

The Capgemini Research Institute for Financial Services is the in-house think tank focused on digital, innovation, and technology issues impacting banks, wealth management firms, payments players and insurers. Our thought leadership leverages voice-of-the-customer, interviews with financial services business executives, technology leaders and academia to offer actionable insights, trend analysis, and innovative solutions.

A day in life:

You will regularly engage with seasoned internal subject matter experts (SMEs), external banking/insurance executives, and various FinTech/InsurTech, Capgemini Alliance, and innovation partners to deliver industry-recognized thought leadership.

• Manage dynamic research projects and ensure seamless execution and delivery
• Collect and analyze complex data through interviews, surveys, and meetings; identify trends and propose data-driven solutions
• Develop best practices around sector and account analyses and share with peers and colleagues
• Stay ahead of regulations, technology and innovations across banking/insurance, and the broader financial services ecosystem (retail banking, payments, wealth management, capital markets, property & casualty insurance, and life and health insurance)
• Use storytelling, compelling writing, and data visualization to simplify complex financial topics and build trust with global audiences
• Leverage Generative AI tools to design and deploy effective prompts, and contribute to the development of implementation roadmaps and innovative GenAI-driven solutions

Primary Skills:

• Ability to create compelling PowerPoint presentations and confidently present to stakeholders
• Strong research and data analysis skills; capacity to articulate insights for quick understanding/consumption by clients and internal audiences
• Business writing experience with the ability to develop compelling Points of View (PoV), white papers, blogs, and thought leadership publications
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)

Complementary Skills:

• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and automation technologies to extract insights from diverse sources, synthesize data, and deliver actionable intelligence for thought leadership and client business analysis
• Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau and Power BI; knowledge of R for advanced analytics is a plus
