They work under the supervision of Talent Acquisition Leads to understand the company's hiring requirements and to support the development of effective recruitment strategies. They maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including candidate records, interview feedback, and other relevant recruitment metrics. They act as a single point of contact and are accountable for the end-to-end experience of their candidates.
