Lead Machine Learning Engineer

Your Role

• We are looking for 6-12 years of Experience in Machine Learning, Python
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and pipelines
• Build scalable data processing systems and ML workflows
• Collaborate with data scientists to productionize models
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Monitor model performance in production and retrain as needed
• Implement MLOps practices (CI/CD for ML, model versioning, automation)
• Work with large datasets and distributed computing frameworks

Your Profile

• Strong programming skills in Python (preferred)
• Experience with ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
• Solid understanding of algorithms, statistics, and data structures
• Experience with data handling tools: Pandas, NumPy, SQL
• Familiarity with cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and system design
• Experience with version control (Git)
