Leadership & Strategy

  • Serve as the technical and strategic point of contact for two teams.
  • Lead implementation strategies and own transformation initiatives across projects.
  • Guide best practices and technical standards.
  • Own and manage application support , ensuring reliability and efficiency.

 

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a consultant to key stakeholders including enterprise architects, business leads, IT leads, and product owners.
  • Provide strategic advice to stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and align technical solutions with business goals.

 

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Coordinate operations across multiple teams to drive toward common objectives.
  • Resolve conflicts of interest between business and IT teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration.

 

Detail technical description

  • An understanding of distributed systems and microservices architectures, the problems they attempt to solve and the related trade-offs to contribute to feature and service design
  • Experience in design, data structures and algorithms, and analytical and debugging experience
  • Expert Experience of Java (Minimum Java 17) and Springboot 3.x
  • Spring Framework (Boot, Security, etc.)
  • Building Rest APIs
  • Cloud – Good knowledge on any cloud (Azure preferable)
  • Enterprise integration patterns
  • Dependency & build tooling - Maven
  • Git and CI/CD
  • Software testing
  • Static code analysis and code quality
  • Any Application Server
  • Monitoring tools
  • Azure YAML pipelines
  • Infra with Bicep templates
  • Understanding of Azure AKS, Azure Sql server, Service bus etc
  • Kafka
  • Mockito framework, integration testing
Works in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance and optimization of software solutions/applications. 1. Applies scientific methods to analyse and solve software engineering problems. 2. He/she is responsible for the development and application of software engineering practice and knowledge, in research, design, development and maintenance. 3. His/her work requires the exercise of original thought and judgement and the ability to supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers. 4. The software engineer builds skills and expertise of his/her software engineering discipline to reach standard software engineer skills expectations for the applicable role, as defined in Professional Communities. 5. The software engineer collaborates and acts as team player with other software engineers and stakeholders.
