Job Description

Key Responsibilities: - Define and enforce prescriptive standards for AI-assisted coding, refactoring, testing, and documentation. - Provide ongoing guidance to engineers to resolve GenAI-related challenges on a day-to-day basis. - Collaborate with internal / external stakeholders to accelerate GenAI adoption leveraging information / knowledge - Use GenAI to accelerate legacy code comprehension, refactoring, modularization, and technical debt reduction. - Conduct workshops, training sessions, and hands-on demos to upskill teams. - Stay up to date with the latest features, capabilities, and limitations of GitHub Copilot and related tools. - Build reusable assets including prompt libraries, playbooks, and best-practice guides. - Ensure GenAI usage aligns with enterprise security, IP, and compliance policies. - Define clear guardrails for safe and auditable AI-assisted development. - Evaluate and recommend Copilot extensions, plugins, and integrations to enhance developer experience. - Mentor developers on how to effectively collaborate with AI tools like GitHub Copilot.

Responsible for ensuring that client needs are satisfied through the formulation, development, implementation and delivery of application solutions in response to client requirements, expressed in approved service requests. PM are responsible for the overall projectorengagement plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements for the delivery organization. PM ensure that the project meets its deliverables in an agreed schedule, according to the scope, within stipulated budget, and to quality standards.
