Your Role

Your Role:

Perform software testing activities across Manual Testing, Automation Testing, Functional Testing, API Testing, Performance Testing, or related QA areas based on project requirements.Understand business requirements, prepare test scenarios, execute test cases, and validate application functionality.Identify, track, and report defects while collaborating with development and business teams for resolution.Participate in Agile ceremonies, test planning, execution, and status reporting.Work directly with Japanese stakeholders and project teams in a bilingual environment.Contribute to quality assurance activities and ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Your Profile

Your Profile:

JLPT N1 / N2 / N3 Certified (Mandatory).Experience in Software Testing such as Manual Testing, Automation Testing, Functional Testing, API Testing, Performance Testing, SDET, or Quality Engineering.Ability to understand requirements and independently execute testing activities.Hands-on experience with testing tools and frameworks is preferred.Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Defect Lifecycle, and Agile methodologies.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience working with global or Japanese clients is an added advantage.Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese and English within project delivery teams.
