Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Gen AI Delivery Leader responsible for driving the successful delivery and industrialization of Generative AI solutions across business lines. This includes leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the scalable deployment of Gen AI assets and services. The role demands a blend of strategic vision, technical depth, and delivery excellence. You will be leading and delivering cutting-edge AI solutions that drive business value and operational excellence.

• Define and execute the roadmap for Gen AI delivery across multiple business functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Gen AI initiatives, from ideation and PoC to deployment and scaling.
• Act as the central point of coordination among business functions , technology teams, and clients to ensure consistent delivery outcomes.
• Drive the reuse and scaling of Gen AI assets, frameworks, and accelerators to improve productivity and client satisfaction.
• Foster a culture of innovation by integrating the latest Gen AI advancements into delivery practices.
• Drive the integration of AI solutions across multiple platforms, ensuring seamless deployment and operation.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in ML and Gen AI, and advocate for their application within the organization.
• Ensure and enforce all AI solutions adhere to data privacy, security, and ethical standards.
• Identify opportunities for innovation within the AI domain, focusing on the development of reusable assets and tools.

Job Description - Grade Specific

• 18+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a strong focus on ML and Gen AI technologies.
• Proven experience in delivering AI-powered solutions at scale, preferably in client-facing environments.
• Experience in handling complex projects requiring AI/GenAI technology infusion in the business for optimization and improvement
• Deep understanding of Gen AI frameworks including frameworks like Lang chain and other LLM based services including OpenAI, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and MLOps practices.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices architecture. Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skill.
• Exposure to industry-specific Gen AI use cases (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Finance, Supply Chain etc.
