Job Description
- Design, build, and deploy conversational AI applications using Google Cloud CCAI and DialogFlow.
- Develop chatbots, virtual assistants, and automated voice response systems to improve customer interactions across multiple channels (web, mobile, IVR, etc.).
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
- Train and fine-tune natural language processing (NLP) models to ensure high accuracy and improved customer interactions.
- Integrate AI chatbots and voice bots with backend systems, CRM tools, and other business applications.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and UX teams to design intuitive and effective conversational experiences.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of conversational AI systems, gathering insights to optimize and refine AI models.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in conversational AI, NLP, and cloud technologies to drive innovation in the development of AI applications.
- Provide technical guidance and support to teams implementing and scaling CCAI and DialogFlow solutions.
