Your role

We are hiring a skilled and motivated Endpoint Security Analyst with 4–6 years of experience to manage and secure enterprise endpoint environments. The role is based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) tools, Microsoft Defender suite, and security operations.
  • Manage and support Endpoint Security tools (Antivirus / Anti-malware – basic to advanced level).
  • Provide expertise in Microsoft 365 Defender suite (MDE, Defender for Endpoint).
  • Handle critical escalations, including malware outbreaks.
  • Perform incident handling, alert monitoring, and daily security operations.
  • Conduct threat hunting using EDR tools (Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike).
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure timely closure of security incidents.
  • Perform vulnerability assessment and threat analysis.
  • Ensure security updates, signatures, and engine updates are applied.

Your profile

Must have good experience working in managing Endpoint Security estate and products (Antivirus / Anti-malware – basic to advanced level support) within security operations.

Deliver expertise in Microsoft 365 Defender suite, including management and support.

Handle critical escalations, including malware outbreak scenarios.

Strong understanding of ITIL processes:

  • Incident Management
  • Change Management
  • Problem Management
  • Major Incident Management

Hands-on experience in Microsoft Defender ATP configuration.
