Data Delivery Head

Job Description

Capgemini is seeking a Director level executive for Delivery Lead role.

This person should have

• 15+ years’ experience to manage a portfolio of 200+ FTE consisting of varied Data and AI technologies.
• Experience in E2E program management managing fixed price engagements, fixed capacity, T&M engagements
• Manage delivery for multiple programs within the portfolio with PMs/SMs reporting under him/her/them.
• Experience in delivering multiple end-to-end large scale transformation programs on Data and AI technologies.
• Experience in setting up a robust governance model for the portfolio managed.
• Exposure to solutioning and pre-sales activities working with key stakeholders to push for growth opportunities.
• Proactively identify areas of innovation/automation and value adds to the customer.
• Good people management skills – Identify resource potential, skill gaps, training needs for the future etc.,
• Good communication, presentation and internal/external stakeholder management skills.
• Good knowledge about project financials.
• Good exposure in working with CXO level stakeholders.

Primary Skills

• He/She/They will have 15+ years of overall experience and a good relevant amount of it should be in leading Delivery.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Proven experience in Data & Analytics projects delivery.
