DBT Engineer

Your Role

  • Build, optimize, and maintain modular SQL models using dbt (Core or Cloud).
  • Develop staging, intermediate, and data mart layers following analytics engineering best practices.
  • Implement and maintain dbt tests (schema, data, custom tests) to ensure data accuracy.

Your Profile

  • 4–14 years of experience in SQL development, data modeling, or analytics engineering.
  • Strong hands-on experience with dbt (data build tool).
  • Solid understanding of ELT/ETL patterns, modern data stack, and warehouse architectures.
  • Experience with at least one cloud data warehouse: Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks.
  • Proficiency with Git, CI/CD workflows, and code-based development.
  • Strong debugging and performance-tuning skills.
