Job Description

  • Min 8 years of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009, 2012 & D365 technical experience
  • Excellent understanding of ERP Business Processes, Strong knowledge on technical concepts.
  • Work closely with the business/Functional to ensure to meet all requirements in deadline
  • Strong knowledge in SSRS reports development and customization. Good Exposure to Object-Oriented Concepts.
  • Knowledge & experience in Database system design, Forms, List pages, framework models, customizations. Analysing end-user requirements based on findings, designing a report.
  • Assisting in troubleshooting post-production performance issues with end-user report queries.
  • Design and Development of TDD. Understanding the customer requirements, should have basic knowledge about the Installation & Configurations
  • Well knowledge in handling the different types of Database backups. X++ Coding with SQL server queries, should have idea/hands on experience in code deployment process
  • Knowledge of Support Practices. Knowledge on both Agile and SDLC life cycle is a plus. Working knowledge of a Service management tool (like ServiceNow, Azure DevOps…)
  • Mandatory Skills -  Microsoft dynamics AX, SSRS, SQL, X++,
  • Certification in AX 2009/2012/D365. Experience in Support
  • Soft skills and adaptability - Good in communication and interpersonal skills, should be a team player, ability to work with Business and IT partners of all level; sensitivity and understanding requirement for successful cultural relations. willing to work in shifts, including full night shift.
