CSense Application

Your Role

As part of the CSense Application team, you will design and evolve data and control solutions that bridge shop-floor systems, retail operations, and enterprise analytics. You’ll collaborate with sales and delivery to shape proposals, architect end-to-end ETL/data pipelines, and embed AI/ML capabilities that improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), quality, and throughput.

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with account teams to qualify opportunities and translate business goals into CSense solution blueprints.
• Design robust ETL/data processing pipelines across industrial control systems (PLC/SCADA), MES/LIMS, and retail POS/OMS.
• Model data structures and metadata for business intelligence, performance measurement, and compliance reporting.
• Integrate machine learning (supervised learning, decision trees) for predictive quality, demand forecasting, and anomaly detection.
• Architect secure IT infrastructure for hybrid edge–cloud deployments with strong internal controls and governance.
• Lead presales activities: RFP responses, demos, PoCs, value cases, and workshops for FMCG, retail, and industrial production clients.
• Define KPIs including OEE and work-quality metrics; instrument CSense dashboards for performance management.
• Partner with process engineering and mechatronics teams to digitize operations and improve flexibility and throughput.
• Drive best practices in data management, lineage, and observability; ensure work products meet high quality standards.
• Contribute to reusable assets, accelerators, and knowledge sharing across technology and engineering communities.
