Azure Virtual Desktop

Your Role

• Design, implement, and manage Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD/WVD) environments, including pooled and personal host pools.
• Architect and optimize Cloud VDI solutions using FSLogix, App Attach, and modern profile management technologies.
• Design and manage networking, storage, user identities, and access controls supporting AVD deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex VDI, performance, profile, and connectivity-related issues.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable End User Computing (EUC) solutions for enterprise environments.
• Manage image creation, customization, patching, and upgrade processes for virtual desktop environments.

Your Profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Windows Desktop Engineer with strong expertise in Cloud VDI technologies.
• Hands-on experience managing Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD/WVD), FSLogix, and App Attach solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience designing Azure Virtual Desktop architectures, user identity solutions, and profile management frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Windows Operating Systems, image management, networking concepts (DNS, Firewall, Proxy, Micro-Segmentation), and storage virtualization.
• Experience implementing and managing Azure networking and storage solutions for AVD environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies including Office 365, SharePoint Online, and Enterprise Mobility + Security (EM+S).
• Proven ability to design, develop, troubleshoot, and enhance scalable End User Computing platforms.
• Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps, Virtual Desktops, ADC, and Provisioning Services is an added advantage.
