V.I.E. Contract - Experienced Test Lead

Within an Agile Squad in the insurance sector, you will lead test and validation activities for delivered products.

As a Test Lead, you are responsible for functional and application quality from requirement understanding through to final validation, coordinating test stakeholders and structuring the Squad’s quality strategy.

You will work in a demanding, distributed delivery environment between France and Vietnam, with a strong culture of quality, collaboration, and software engineering.

Your Role

As an Experienced Test Lead, your responsibilities will include:

• Defining, driving, and presenting the test strategy in alignment with product and business objectives.
• Organizing and coordinating testing activities (pre‑UAT, business UAT, regression testing).
• Designing and overseeing the execution of functional tests and critical user journeys.
• Identifying, analyzing, and tracking defects and quality risks through to resolution.
• Working closely with the Product Owner, developers, and business teams.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of testing practices, quality governance, and QA standards.

Your Profile

• You have solid experience as a Test Lead, ideally in the insurance sector or within complex application environments.
• You have strong expertise in functional testing, QA leadership, and Agile environments.
• You are able to structure, explain, and defend a test strategy with stakeholders.
• You demonstrate natural leadership, strong rigor, and effective prioritization skills.
• You are recognized for your clear communication and ability to help teams grow.

Required Technical Skills

• Test strategy definition, test campaign organization, and quality tracking
• Functional and API testing, defect management, and test repositories
• Understanding of application architectures and insurance business challenges
• Agile & quality practices: 3 Amigos, pair testing, TDD / BDD, traceability
• Risk management, reporting, and stakeholder communication
