V.I.E. Contract - Experienced Salesforce Developer

Within a Salesforce CRM team dedicated to a major player in the insurance sector, you will contribute to the evolution and reliability of a critical platform at the heart of business processes.

You will work on structuring projects combining development, configuration, integration, and automation, in an environment that values quality, solution robustness, and continuous improvement.

Your Role

As an Experienced Salesforce Developer, your responsibilities will include:

• Designing, developing, and configuring Salesforce solutions (Apex, Lightning Web Components, automations).
• Contributing to the overall quality of the CRM platform by applying engineering and security best practices.
• Participating in code reviews, pair programming, and Agile team rituals.
• Supporting integration, testing, and deployment phases for new enhancements.
• Contributing to incident analysis and resolution, as well as the continuous stabilization of the platform.
• Working closely with business and technical teams in an Agile environment.

Your Profile

• You have at least 3 years of experience in Salesforce development within a structured or critical environment.
• You have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning (LWC), and the Salesforce data model.
• You have experience with deployments, SFDX tooling, and CI/CD practices.
• You are comfortable working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary, and Agile environment.
• You demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and a strong quality‑ and service‑oriented mindset.

• Salesforce Classic & Lightning
• Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce
• Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs, schedulers)
• Salesforce configuration: Profiles, Roles, Sharing & Visibility, Record Types, object model
• Automation: Flows, Triggers, Process Builder, Web Services, APIs
• Integration: REST / SOAP APIs, remote calls, connectors
• Data: Data Loader, Data Import / Export, Salesforce Inspector
• SFDX (CLI & platform), packaging, deployments

Ecosystem & Tooling

• Git & GitFlow
• SFDX CLI / DevOps Center / Workbench
• Knowledge of Salesforce architecture (platform limits, governor limits, bulkification, transactions, security)
• Good knowledge of SQL / relational databases
• JavaScript ES6+ (for LWC)
