Job Context

As part of the transformation of the information systems of a major insurance company, you will join an Agile Squad responsible for the evolution of core business applications and cross‑functional components based on Guidewire solutions.

You will work on critical environments (ClaimCenter, ContactManager) within a distributed delivery setup between France and Vietnam, in a context that values software quality, engineering best practices, and cross‑team collaboration.

Your Role

As an Experienced Java Spring Boot Guidewire Developer, your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and developing components and services using Java / Spring Boot, integrated within the Guidewire ecosystem.
• Contributing to impact analyses and technical solution design in collaboration with project and architecture teams.
• Applying development best practices (Clean Code, SOLID principles, automated testing, continuous integration).
• Participating in code reviews, pair programming, and Agile rituals within the Squad.
• Analyzing and fixing application incidents to ensure the reliability and performance of delivered solutions.
• Documenting technical decisions and contributing to knowledge sharing within communities of practice.

Your Profile

• You have at least 3 years of experience in Java development within complex application environments.
• You have strong expertise in Java (8+) and Spring Boot, with experience on Guidewire solutions (ClaimCenter and/or ContactManager).
• You have a solid software engineering mindset: automated testing, code reviews, CI/CD.
• You are comfortable working in a structured, collaborative, and Agile environment.
• You demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and a strong team‑oriented and continuous improvement mindset.
