Job Role

About the Role/position

We are looking for a senior UX/UI designer who has more than 5-year experience in designing products for international market. As senior member, you will be in charge of both overall flow but also individual design elements. The role has the responsibility for applying human-centred design (HCD) techniques to create best in class, usable and inclusive designs for products, services and features to achieve a strategic ambition of improving our customer and banker experience. As a senior you will be a leader of the design team.

Responsibilities

  • Design the full flow and user journey experience for complex applications
  • Complex products and services delivery (overall flow and individual elements)
  • Work collaboratively across teams
  • Make decisions based on research
  • Support and mentor others
  • Involved in the design planning and definitions of the deliverables
  • Build preparation and support
  • Measure and apply continuous improvement

Job Profile

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-year experience as UX/UI designer
  • Proven experience in complete and complex flow design
  • Excellent knowledge of design process, methodology and principles
  • Design tools such as Figma, Optimal Workshop and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Extensive experience in visual design and user interaction
  • HTML/CSS
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology and tools
  • Experience within finance and banking industries

Language:

  • Excellent English communication is a must

Soft skills:

  • Be a problem solver with great problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and effective self-learning skills and research.
  • Leadership
  • Driving and conducting video conference and face-to-face meetings.
