Your role

As a Senior Consultant with Capgemini Invent’s Banking & Insurance industry team, you will help leading financial institutions and insurers turn disruption into opportunity. You’ll drive digital transformation, reimagine business models, participate in large scale finance transformations and deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions that enable resilience, growth, and market leadership in a rapidly evolving industry. In this hands-on role, you’ll combine strategic advisory with practical execution to deliver initiatives that shape the future of finance. 

Your profile

• You have 2–5 years of full-time professional experience in consulting, finance, controlling, or a related field.
• You hold a master's degree in business, economics, or a similar discipline, with a minimum of a minor in Accounting or Controlling
• You have practical experience in finance processes, with a working understanding of accounting
• You demonstrate strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and a passion for solving complex problems
• You thrive in collaborative environments and show initiative in driving results
• You’re confident engaging directly with clients, independently leading discussions and translating business needs into actionable outcomes
• You have excellent and fluent communication skills in both Finnish and English, written and spoken. Working proficiency in Swedish and other languages are meriting.

In addition, we value: 

• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) from a user or functional standpoint

Need to know

Location: In line with our trust-based culture, Capgemini Invent offers a hybrid working model, and for this role you will be based in our attractively located Helsinki office in Ruoholahti, ready to travel to our clients’ sites when needed.
