GTM Lead

With the ambition of our rapidly growing team and business, we are looking for a GTM (Go-to-market) Lead to join our team and become the catalyst for business growth. GTM Lead will report to Head of I&D Finland and is a member of I&D Finland Management team. As a member of our Insights & Data practice, you will be part of a global network of data experts. While your focus is in the Finnish market, you will be daily working with Nordic, European and global colleagues, which ensures continuous learning and inspiration also from other regions. 

We are looking for an established leader in the field of Data, Analytics & AI with experience in selling and/or delivering large scale transformation programs. We expect you to have experience working within a consultancy environment and hold strong relationships at senior level data and analytics executives in industry organizations.

Your Future Role
•Develop and execute on a sales strategy together with business leads of I&D Finland and Nordics
•Lead and organise I&D Sales and pre-sales in Finland, working closely with the Head of I&D to develop our business
•Direct involvement with our customers, shaping and selling selected deals
•Work as an active member of our Nordics and European I&D GTM team contributing to our shared business targets
•Work in partnership with other parts of the Capgemini business to increase our Data, Analytics & AI business
•Work closely with external partners, including our hyperscale partners (Microsoft, AWS, Google), to deliver growth
•Ensure the processes are in place for a Sales to Delivery transition 

Your Expertise
•Proven relationships with Senior Executives of large organizations in the Nordics, focused on the areas responsible for Data, Analytics & AI
•Experience of shaping complex Data and Analytics services and solutions that deliver the client’s vision
•Strong understanding of the Data, Analytics & AI domain and market with knowledge of how the domain can influence business outcomes
•Experience in one or more of the Cloud vendors GCP, Azure or AWS and how their solutions can be leveraged to deliver Data and Analytics solutions, beneficial to be familiar with Snowflake, Databricks and other relevant technologies in the field
•Very strong and proven experience in at least two of the following sectors – Financial services, Consumer Products & Retail, Manufacturing, Telco or Energy and Utilities
