Your role
We are seeking a seasoned AI Solutions and Advisory Lead for Finland to drive the offering strategy and growth of AI, Data and Cloud-native solutions across the Finland market. This is strategic growth enablement role requiring deep technical credibility across and applied/Generative AI and its use cases, Hyperscaler ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP), enterprise data platforms and infrastructure modernization for AI, - combined with commercial acumen to convince the clients on our vision, lead building of strategic solutions and win large deals together with sales.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on technologist who is equally comfortable in a CxO boardroom discussing AI transformation roadmaps and in a technical design and solution reviews on LLMOps, data architecture or cloud infrastructure.
You will play a key role in
Country AI strategy and offering ownership:
- Define and own Finland AI strategy and offerings, aligned to global Capgemini AI/GenAI vision (e.g., Capgemini’s AI Center of Excellence, Frictionless AI, etc.)
- Solution leadership, GenAI/LLM Solutions, MLOps, and AI Infrastructure
- Define the offering technology roadmap across AI, Data, and Cloud - ensuring alignment with hyperscaler partner roadmaps (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
- Act as the AI champion of Capgemini Finland in strategic client discussions around AI transformation.
Business Development & Client Engagement
- Act as a trusted AI advisor to client CxOs (CDO/CTO/CIO) - shaping AI transformation roadmaps and business cases
- Lead pre-sales for large AI/Data/Cloud deals - including solutioning, RFP responses, proposal defence, and commercial structuring together with sales
- Drive practice revenue growth, order booking, and pipeline development in partnership with sales and account leadership
- Identify whitespace opportunities for AI-led transformation across key clients of Capgemini Finland.
Hyperscaler & Partner Ecosystem Management
- Own and deepen strategic relationships with AWS, Microsoft, and Google Cloud at the Finland leadership level on AI strategy and offerings
- Drive joint go-to-market (GTM) plans and co-investment initiatives
- Align Capgemini’s AI/Data offerings with hyperscaler-native services (Bedrock, SageMaker, Azure AI Foundry/OpenAI Service, Vertex AI, BigQuery, Databricks, Snowflake)
- Represent Capgemini at hyperscaler partner forums, summits, and joint client Engagements
Data & AI solution oversight
- Provide solution validation and governance for large-scale data platforms (data lakes, lakehouses, data mesh) and AI/ML platforms across cloud and hybrid environments
- Guide infrastructure solution decisions on compute (GPU/TPU strategy), storage, networking, and cost optimization (FinOps) for AI workloads
- Ensure platform designs support responsible AI, model governance, security, and regulatory compliance
Innovation & Thought Leadership
- Drive innovation initiatives - incubating PoCs/MVPs around emerging AI trends (agentic AI, multimodal AI, small language models, edge AI)
- Represent Capgemini at industry forums, conferences, and analyst briefings (Gartner, IDC, Forrester) as a Finland AI spokesperson
- Publish whitepapers, case studies, and points of view to strengthen Capgemini’s market positioning in AI
Your profile
- 10-15+ years of overall IT experience, with 5-10+ years in AI/Data/Cloud solutioning/leadership roles
- Deep current exposure to at least two hyperscaler ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) - partner-level relationship experience strongly preferred
- Strong grounding in data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery), data engineering, and modern data architecture (data mesh/lakehouse)
- Hands-on credibility in AI/ML and GenAI - LLMs, RAG, agentic frameworks, MLOps/LLMOps tooling
- Infrastructure and cloud-native experience: Kubernetes, containerization, GPU/compute strategy, cost optimization and FinOps
- Demonstrated large deal pursuit (multi-million Euro TCV) experience, and client CxO relationship management
- Experience leading large, distributed teams to build compelling end-to-end transformative solutions to clients
- Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and presentation skills
Beneficial Qualifications
- Hyperscaler certifications (AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Professional ML Engineer) preferred
- Prior experience in pre-sales and commercial solutions leadership role within Finland
- Exposure to industry-specific AI use cases is an advantage
