Your role
As an HR Director, you will act as a strategic HR leader for Capgemini Poland, translating business priorities into an integrated people strategy that supports growth, organizational effectiveness, and business transformation. Working closely with senior business leaders and HR teams, you will lead the people agenda across talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, engagement, and change initiatives. Leveraging your expertise in German labor law and the German market, you will help ensure a high-performing, compliant, and future-ready organization.
Your tasks
- Partner with senior business leaders to define and execute the people agenda aligned with business priorities, growth objectives, and workforce needs.
- Drive talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and retention strategies to build future organizational capabilities.
- Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and transformation initiatives that support business performance and organizational effectiveness.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on leadership effectiveness, employee relations, engagement, workforce trends, and people-related risks.
- Lead HR support for organizational changes, restructures, workforce transitions, and change management initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Operations, and other HR functions to ensure consistent and high-quality HR delivery.
- Ensure compliance with German labor law, works council requirements, and Capgemini policies while mitigating people-related risks.
Your profile
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior HR leadership or strategic HR Business Partner experience within international organizations.
- Strong knowledge of German labor law, employee relations, and works council collaboration.
- Proven experience partnering with senior business leaders and influencing business and people decisions.
- Experience leading talent management, workforce planning, organizational design, and transformation initiatives.
- Strong ability to operate effectively in a complex, international, and matrix environment.
- Experience driving organizational effectiveness and supporting business transformation.
- Fluent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level).
- Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, consulting, and leadership coaching skills.
- Understanding German business culture.
