UX Design & Researcher | 6 to 9 years | Bangalore & Pune

Job Description

• We're looking for an experienced Mid & Senior UX Researcher to lead research initiatives across multiple product areas. The candidate will have deep expertise in user research methodologies and significant experience applying these in various domains.

Job Description - Grade Specific

• The Associate User Experience (UX)  leads the design delivery of user interfaces and digital media.
• Leads UX direction of persona and journey definition, wireframes, interaction strategies, navigation, design systems, user research, and usability testing
• Expert in UX practice and trends to lift usability performance. Provides guidance at key points and risk gates
• Applies customer-centric and data-driven methods to achieve desired objectives
• Provides strategic oversight of the design team, process, and deliverables
• Leads design workshops, defines design requirements, manages delivery expectations, communication, timelines, manages hours, etc.
• Assumes responsibility for the design product and takes ownership of resolving issues
• Proficient with design programs such as Figma
• Contributes to managing the design group, resource assignments, utilization, career path, etc.  
• Contributes to the delivery of sales pursuits, proposals, effort models, SOWs, etc.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces
• Proficient in responsive design and contemporary design trends
• Proficient in design presentations and communication skills. (both written and verbal)
• Clearly articulates thoughts, design decisions, and trade-offs and is able to present work effectively
• Creates sketches or screen layouts to communicate direction for the visual components of interface design
• Effectively delivers presentations for design reviews
