Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Director / Senior Director - Global Transportation Consulting Leader to drive strategic growth, thought leadership, and large-scale transformation programs across the transportation ecosystem, with a primary focus on Airlines, Airports, Ports, and Terminal Operations.

The ideal candidate will be a recognized industry leader with deep domain expertise, strong client advisory capabilities, and a proven track record of leading business transformation initiatives. This role requires the ability to engage C-suite executives, shape industry-leading solutions, drive business growth, and lead multidisciplinary teams delivering technology-enabled transformations.

A strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI Systems, Autonomous Operations, Digital Platforms, Data & Analytics, and Intelligent Automation is essential to help clients reinvent their operating models and enhance customer, operational, and financial performance.

Primary Skills

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Transportation Management, Computer Science, or related discipline.

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Experience

• 15+ years / 18+ years  of consulting and industry leadership experience.

• Significant experience serving Airlines, Airports, Ports, Maritime, Terminal Operators, or Transportation Authorities.

• Proven success leading large-scale transformation programs valued at $10M+.

• Demonstrated experience engaging board-level and C-suite stakeholders.

• Strong consulting background with global advisory, strategy, or technology-led transformation organizations preferred.

• Transportation domain expertise across airline operations and commercial functions, airport operations and modernization, ports and container terminal ecosystems, cargo and supply chain operations, transportation operating models, passenger and customer experience transformation, and transportation regulations and industry standards.

• Transformation expertise across enterprise and digital transformation, operating model design, business process reengineering, organizational change management, operational excellence, technology modernization, and value realization and benefits tracking.

• Technology leadership across AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI Systems, Machine Learning, Cloud Platforms, Data & Analytics, Enterprise Architecture, Intelligent Automation, IoT and Connected Operations, Digital Twins, Cybersecurity, and Technology Governance.
