Support Analyst
Job Description
Working experience with Tableau dashboards and reports for operational reporting.
Analyse support KPIs and identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data and provide actionable insights
Work with Zendesk to extract and interpret ticketing data
Support weekly/monthly reporting cycles and ad-hoc analysis requests.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports,preferably in SaaS support environments.
Experience in support operations or customer success analytics is highly desirable.
