 Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Manager – NOC to lead end-to-end Network Operations Center (NOC) functions in a 24x7 operational environment. The role is responsible for ensuring high availability, resilience, performance, and operational excellence across network and service platforms.

The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership for incident management, service restoration, operational governance, and stakeholder communication while serving as the key escalation authority for critical incidents. The role will also drive NOC transformation initiatives, including AI-driven operations, automation, predictive monitoring, and continuous service improvement programs. 

Key Responsibilities 

Lead and oversee 24x7 NOC operations, ensuring service availability and operational excellence.Act as the shift-level operational leader and escalation authority for critical incidents and service-impacting events.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven experience leading multiple NOC, operational, and engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of IP Networking fundamentals and network operations.
• Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure and business-critical situations.
