Senior Observability & Site Reliability Engineer

Your Role:

•Build and maintain a unified observability platform covering logs, metrics, and tracing.
•Implement monitoring solutions using ELK Stack, Grafana, Prometheus, and APM tools (New Relic / ThousandEyes).
•Develop end-to-end observability across multi-cloud systems (edge → backend → UI).
•Create real-time dashboards, alerts, and synthetic monitoring checks.
•Define SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets aligned with business KPIs.
•Enable faster incident triage and root cause analysis (RCA).
•Integrate observability solutions with SIEM tools (e.g., Microsoft Sentinel).

Your Profile:

•8–12 years of experience in SRE / Observability / DevOps roles.
•Hands-on experience with: 
•ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
•Grafana, Prometheus
•APM tools (New Relic, ThousandEyes, or similar)
•Strong understanding of distributed tracing, logging, and monitoring frameworks.
•Proficiency in Python for automation and tooling.
•Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture.
