Your Role

As a Python Automation Lead, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing automation frameworks that enhance software quality and delivery speed. You’ll work closely with development, QA, and DevOps teams to build robust pipelines and ensure seamless integration across systems.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the development of automation frameworks using Python and tools like Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.
  • Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
  • Integrate DevOps tools such as SonarQube and Coverity for code quality and security analysis.
  • Utilize SQL and performance monitoring tools to validate and optimize system performance.
  • Apply knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP), security standards (TLS), and VoIP technologies (SIP).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Your Profile

  • 6–12 years of experience in automation and software testing.
  • Strong programming skills in Python or similar scripting languages.
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.
  • Proficient in CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with SonarQube, Coverity, and performance monitoring tools.
  • Solid understanding of networking, security, and VoIP protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
