• Strong Program Governance, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Dedicated, innovative, resourceful, analytical and able to work under pressure
• Foster an efficient, innovative and team-oriented work environment with a strong drive to excel professionally
• Superior skills in MS Office including MS Project, PowerPoint and Excel is a must.
• Advanced level knowledge in JIRA, Confluence and other PM tools.
• Diploma or Certificate in Project Management (PMI-PMP/PRINCE2, PMI-ACP/SAFe/CSM) is desirable
• Experience with specific ERP systems, such as SAP/S4, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 10+ years of overall work experience in Project Management/Governance in a leading organization
• 6+ years of experience in Program Governance, SAP integration, ERP implementation transformation, project delivery, process consulting & re-engineering.
• Experience working in multi-geography engagements.
• Experience evaluating current business models, designing and executing initiatives with business benefits

 

Job Description - Grade Specific

Shapes the methods and the business analysis framework for the engagement. Advises the client from their experience to increase value. Provides guidance and reviews to obtain quality for a valid and consistent solution with respect to the limited time and budget. Leads a small team of BAs.
