Job Description

• Responsibilities: Design and develop server-side applications in JavaScript or related languages
• Collaborate with front-end developers: Integrate front-end work with the Node.js application
• Design and implement APIs: Integrate APIs with third-party services
• Write maintainable code: Ensure code is performant and scalable

Node.js developers typically have the following skills and experience: 

• A solid understanding of Node.js and JavaScript
• Experience working with databases, such as MySQL
• Familiarity with web development frameworks, such as Express.js
• Experience with version control, such as Git
• Experience with containerization and deployment, such as Docker and DockerSocket
• Familiarity with microservices architecture
• Knowledge of connection pooling techniques and performance optimization
• Experience with testing frameworks, such as Mocha or Jest
• Experience with RESTful API design and consumption
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
