Role :NOC Manager (24/7 shift, 5 days WFO)

Location: Gurgaon , Hyderabad

Notice Period: 0 - 60 days

As a Senior Manager, NOC, you will lead 24x7 Network Operations Center functions, ensuring the availability, stability, and performance of critical network services. You will drive operational excellence through proactive incident management, automation, AI-driven monitoring, and continuous service improvement while serving as a key escalation and customer-facing leader.

 

In this role, you will:

 

  • Lead NOC operations and multiple teams supporting a 24x7 network environment.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for major incidents and service outages.
  • Drive rapid service restoration and minimize customer impact during critical events.
  • Champion NOC transformation through automation, AI Ops, predictive monitoring, and operational innovation.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance monitoring tools, workflows, and operational processes.
  • Ensure compliance with E911, NORS, audit, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and improve operational KPIs including availability, MTTR, SLA attainment, and dispatch performance.
  • Lead service reviews, present executive reports, and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reviews.
  • Partner with customers, vendors, and senior stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop leaders and team members to build a high-performing organization.

Your Profile

 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in NOC, Network Operations, or ITES environments, including leadership responsibility.
  • Proven success managing large-scale operations in a 24x7 mission-critical environment.
  • Strong knowledge of IP networking, routing & switching, VPN technologies, VoIP platforms, and network monitoring tools.
  • Experience with ITSM platforms, incident management, change management, and service delivery frameworks.
  • Familiarity with automation technologies, scripting (Python, Shell, Perl), and AI-driven operational practices.
  • ITIL certification and industry-recognized networking certification preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
