Lead Integration Engineer

Your Role

As a Software Engineer – API Development, you will:

• Design and develop RESTful APIs using NodeJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, and ExpressJS.
• Work within a microservices architecture to build scalable and maintainable backend systems.
• Implement unit testing frameworks such as Mocha and Chai to ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Deploy applications in containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and architecture diagrams.
• Provide support during escalations and contribute to problem resolution and performance optimization.

Your Profile

• 7+ years of hands-on development experience, primarily in API and backend development.
• Strong expertise in NodeJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, and ExpressJS.
• Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., CouchDB, MongoDB) and SQL databases on both On-Prem and Azure.
• Familiarity with Redis and Kafka is a plus.
• Solid understanding of software design principles and architecture.
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, or Scaled Agile Framework environments.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality technical documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise system development and integration.
