Kafka Architect
Your Role:
• Design, develop, and operate event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka or similar platforms.
• Build and maintain the streaming backbone for telemetry ingestion, CDC, and cross-service communication.
• Define and manage topics, partitions, retention policies, and event schemas.
• Develop scalable solutions for data synchronization and integration across systems.
• Ensure high availability, performance tuning, and fault tolerance of streaming pipelines.
• Collaborate with backend and integration teams to support real-time data use cases.
Your Profile:
- 8–12 years of experience in Backend / Data Engineering / Integration roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apache Kafka (mandatory).
- Expertise in event-driven architecture and messaging systems.
- Experience with CDC tools (e.g., Debezium) is a plus.
- Strong programming knowledge in Java / Python / Scala.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and APIs.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is preferred.
