Job Description

Level: Tier 2

Responsibilities:

• Handling customer calls with English and Japanese clients
• Working in virtual teams distributed globally.
• Working with disparate and demanding client groups.

Requirements:

• Japanese language proficiency level N1 mandatory.
• Experience of Managed File Transfer products like Connect: Direct, Sterling B2B integrator, Sterling File Gateway, etc.
• Experience in cloud technology /Kubernetes /OCP.
• Hands on experience of transmissions protocols (sFTP, C: D etc ).
• Good understanding of the Secure plus protocols (TLS /SSL etc).
• Networking and security experience of cryptography applications and data security.
• Hands on administration experience of Windows and Unix, operating systems.
• Windows/Unix scripting experience and XML coding.
• Unix/Windows Connect Direct support experience.

Willing to work in 24*7 Production Support model.
