Your Role
-
Provide end‑to‑end bilingual support (Japanese & English) for client communications, meetings, and technical documentation.

Act as a bridge between Japanese clients and global delivery teams, ensuring accurate interpretation and understanding of requirements.

Participate in client calls, status meetings, and technical discussions, translating business and technical content as required.

Support project delivery by ensuring clarity in requirements, issues, and action items between stakeholders.

Create, translate, and maintain documents, reports, SOPs, emails, and presentations in Japanese and English.
Your Profile
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in any IT skill.
- Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2 or N3) is required.

Strong Japanese language proficiency with JLPT N2 or N1 (N3 may be considered for select roles).

Professional proficiency in English (verbal and written).

Experience supporting Japanese clients in IT, operations, or corporate environments.

Good understanding of business etiquette and communication styles in Japan.

Ability to translate technical and non‑technical content accurately.
