Your role

Required Experience & Qualification: C.A. with 0 to 1 Years in corporate taxation (Qualified in 2026)

Position Offered: Associate Consultant - Direct Tax 

Location: Gurgaon Navi Mumbai

  • Thorough understanding  of all direct tax provisions [including Transfer Pricing]
  • Experience in compilation of details and preparing responses to day to day notices received from tax office
  • Preparation of computation and filing of corporate tax returns
  • Knowledge of TDS provisions and filing  of Quarterly WHT (TDS) returns
  • Knowledge of International Tax and DTAA provisions
  • Supports in filing of Income-tax returns for Non-resident entities in India
  • Supports in Transfer Pricing Compliances in India
  • Extends support in Corporate Tax litigation - handling assessments
  • Knowledge in preparation of Consequential orders
  • Knowledge in preparation of submissions for appeal before CIT(Appeal)
  • Experience in representation before Income-tax and TDS authorities
