Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer with strong expertise in SQL, Spark SQL, Databricks (on Azure or AWS), Unity Catalog, and PySpark to design, build, and optimize modern data solutions. The ideal candidate will also bring in-depth knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices to support scalable, high-performance data platforms. 

In this role you will play a key role in:

• 4–10 years of experience in Data Engineering / ETL Development.
• Strong expertise in SQL and Spark SQL (complex queries, optimization, performance tuning).
• Hands-on experience with Databricks on Azure or AWS (Delta Lake, Lakehouse).
• Proficiency in PySpark for data processing.
• Experience with Unity Catalog for data governance, security, and access management.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing principles, dimensional modeling, and best practices.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Services (ADLS, ADF, Synapse) or AWS Data Services (S3, Glue, Redshift, Athena, etc.) is a plus.
