Data Analyst

1. Data Collection

Gathering data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, APIs, and external platforms.

2. Data Cleaning & Preparation

Managing records to ensure documentation is uploaded while ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity through meticulous cleaning and preprocessing.

3. Statistical Analysis

Applying statistical techniques to analyze datasets and identify patterns, trends, and correlations.

4. Effective Communication

Communicating complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure all expectations are met and escalated, as necessary.

5. Collaboration

Working closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and objectives.

6. Client Support

Working within a fast-paced team that directly supports client teams as a knowledge resource, fielding questions and escalations regarding product/programs.

Experience

1+ years of experience in data analysis

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business)

Technical Skills

• Intermediate proficiency in statistical analysis and data manipulation using Excel and SQL
• Execution level knowledge of Excel
• Data manipulation and preprocessing skills
