Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor backbone network health and performance.
  • Troubleshoot routing, switching, MPLS, and transport issues.
  • Manage incidents and participate in outage bridges.
  • Coordinate with field operations, engineering, and vendors.
  • Perform network validations after changes and maintenance.
  • Ensure SLA compliance and timely ticket resolution.
  • Support capacity and performance analysis.
     
Mandatory Technical Skills
 
  • Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, ISIS).
  • MPLS and Core Network concepts.
  • NOC Operations and Incident Management.
  • Network monitoring tools.
