Your Profile

  • We are seeking an experienced legal professional to lead complex commercial transactions and provide strategic legal support across global business operations.
  • The role requires expertise in contract negotiation, transaction management, multi-jurisdictional engagements, GCC and BOT models, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management.
  • The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, ensuring legal risk mitigation while enabling business growth and operational excellence.

Your Role

  • Review and negotiation of contracts such as Master Services Agreements
  • Outsourcing BPO Agreements, Software Licenses, Subcontracting Agreements , Data Protection Agreements & Real Estate Agreements
  • Direct negotiation with the clients and their attorneys
  • Close interaction with the various departments of the company including the business finance and delivery teams
  • Preparing responses on the contract terms for Request for Proposals including those related to public sector and identifying and articulating the legal and business risks
  • Review and management of Inter Company agreements between various group companies .
  • Ensure compliance with laws and company policies while supporting business
  • Provide support to legal team members from other jurisdictions where required
  • Participation in trainings, development related activities and other initiatives
  • Provide support and advice on Intellectual Property Information Technology and Data Privacy
  • Assist and advice in litigation and dispute management
  • Assessing and understanding the impact of new regulations on India Operations.
